Return Policy
Returns
To start a return, you can contact us at renona@rm-designs-llc.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We do not accommodate returns or exchanges under any circumstances if it is a custom-made order. ALL clearance or Oospi items are final sale and no returns or exchanges will be honored.

Damages and Issues
We strongly encourage you to inspect your order upon delivery. Should you encounter any defects, or damage, or receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours. Shipping/Address Mistakes
Shipping charges are non-refundable once an item has been dispatched, except in cases where an error has occurred on our part regarding shipping. In the event that your item is returned to RM Designs LLC due to an “insufficient address”, rejected delivery, or a non-deliverable address, that is not the fault of RM Designs LLC we will reach out to you. Subsequently, it will be necessary for you to cover the cost of any additional shipping required to have the item delivered to the correct address or your order will be refunded.
